Name: Heather Allen
Location: Dallas, Texas

Heather was the sort of kid that liked playing dress-up and make-believe, but what does one do with a degree in Theatre? Well, in her case, bounce from one Administrative Assistant job to another (moving up from answering phones to being the Executive Admin for a VP in R&D at [REDACTED]) for nearly ten years until the day a pubescent telekinetic just coming into her powers lost control on the DART Light Rail during the morning commute. Though injured herself, Heather played the Good Samaritan and went around checking on her fellow passengers, using her innate talent for easing pain and jump-starting people's natural ability to heal themselves.

This is what brought Heather to the attention of the agent who had been shadowing the telekinetic for nearly a week and had nothing to show for it but a freaked-out teenager and a broken arm. When that arm began healing at nearly double the normal rate, Agent Doss remembered the woman who'd eased his pain and didn't lose any time tracking her down. After a brief preliminary interview, Heather was recruited to SHIELD and immediately sent for training as a combat medic.

Her combination of theatrical and medical training makes her a versatile Field and Support agent. Personally though, she thinks it's her experience in corporate admin work that gets the biggest workout at this job (seriously, could there BE more paperwork!??).
